How to convert SGPA to CGPA
The straightforward way is to average all your semester SGPAs. The more accurate, university-recommended way is the credit-weighted average:
CGPA = Σ (SGPA × Semester Credits) ÷ Σ (Semester Credits)
Example — a student with SGPA 8.2 (24 cr), 7.9 (26 cr), 8.5 (22 cr): (8.2×24 + 7.9×26 + 8.5×22) ÷ (24+26+22) = 8.18 CGPA.
